Sarah was extremely helpful with booking my car and hotel for a work trip in Canada. Those details can be such a headache when you are trying to manage the rest of your trip, so to not have to worry about that was wonderful . I explained what I needed or preferred and she made it happen. She stayed in contact with me to ensure everything went well and even verified that I would still be able to pick up the rental car after a layover delay. We went to Punta Cana and absolutely fell in love with the place and people! We had some hiccups along the way, but it was our own making.
